The brief
The founders had a spreadsheet their friends paid to use and a waitlist that had outgrown it. They needed a real product, a name customers could trust with money, and a launch that didn't break billing.

Discover
Mapped the spreadsheet's hidden workflows and cut the first version to invoices, reminders and a cash-flow forecast.

Design
Named and branded the product, then designed the invoice builder and forecast together so numbers always read the same way.

Build
Built the app on Next.js and Postgres with Stripe billing, shipping to a private beta group every week.

Launch
Opened the waitlist, migrated the spreadsheet users in one evening and handed over the codebase and runbooks.
